Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and empower customers by identifying the products and services they need.

Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by helping customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
* Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.

* 10% variable remuneration (first 2 months guaranteed while learning on board).

* Customer-facing experience – previous experience is a plus but not required.
