About the Role
* Assist with managing a portfolio of commercial/SME clients
* Renewal processing (approx. 80% using Winbeat, approx 40–50 policies/month)
* Prepare quotes, endorsements, certificates, and liaise with clients and insurers
* Liaise with clients over the phone
Requirements
* Insurance broking experience
* Technical knowledge across Business & Trades Packages preferred
* Experience with Winbeat (Sunrise & SCTP a plus)
* Highly organised, proactive, able to work autonomously
