About The Role
You will be joining a supportive team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Allied Health Assistants, and friendly support staff.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative rehabilitation.
Provide education and advice to clients to support recovery and prevent further injury.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants, to ensure holistic client care.
Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritising acute and chronic conditions.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organisational standards.
Participate in professional development activities, including mentoring and supervision sessions.
Support community-based initiatives and health promotion programs where required.
Maintain compliance with workplace policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Develop and strengthen client relationships to support long-term health outcomes.
