Job Overview
We are seeking to establish a pool of Cleaners for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies at East Hamersley Primary School.
East Hamersley Primary School is an Independent Public School driven by a collaborative professional learning culture of high quality teaching and learning, positive school environment and strong community partnerships and engagement. We provide a range of evidenced based programs for students from Kindergarten to Year Six.
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for internal and external cleaning duties, including maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, toilet cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, and other general cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities and Requirements
In this role, you will ideally have good attention to detail and will be able to work well both individually and as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe school environment. You should be organised, honest, reliable, and punctual and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check.
* Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
