KBA Global is looking for a driven and confident Migration Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on cold outreach and business development, helping Australian employers access skilled overseas workers through Labour Agreements and DAMA pathways.
You will be responsible for identifying businesses experiencing staff shortages, generating leads, booking consultations, and building long-term relationships with employers across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach to Australian businesses
* Identify employers that may benefit from Labour Agreements or DAMA programs
* Generate qualified leads and book appointments for migration consultants
* Build and maintain relationships with business owners and HR managers
* Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records
* Explain migration pathways in a simple and professional manner
* Work closely with the migration team to convert leads into clients
* Meet weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach and lead generation
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, recruitment, or migration services preferred
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
* Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
* Knowledge of Australian migration pathways, Labour Agreements, or DAMA is highly regarded
* Fluent English communication skills
