Cleaning Supervisor

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and accommodation services across the site. This role requires a proactive approach to safety, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lead from the front while ensuring compliance with Compass Group standards and Defence contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee cleaning operations across multiple facilities
* Conduct room inspections and maintain checklists
* Manage contractors and support general administrative tasks
* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and equipment use
* Work both autonomously and as part of a broader team
* Perform physically demanding tasks as required
What We're Looking For
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and DCAC site access
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the service industry
* Previous experience supervising and leading a team
* Strong initiative and ability to work independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Cleaning Certificate IV (desirable)
* Current First Aid Certificate
