As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Person to oversee our operations (new start up business) and ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and team members.
**Location: Caroline Springs (Western Suburbs)**
**Operational Oversight**:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the car rental and subscription services.
- Ensure the fleet is well-maintained and ready for customer use.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any vehicle issues promptly.
**Customer Service**:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Handle customer service escalations and find effective resolutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Administrative Functions**:
- Oversee administrative tasks such as vehicle reservations, billing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, customer information, and payments.
- Implement and enhance administrative processes for efficiency.
**Financial Management**:
- Monitor and manage budgets related to car fleet maintenance and operational costs.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate invoicing and billing procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative, preferably in the car rental/subscription business.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
