The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll lead the national training and sales enablement strategy across retail and field teams.
Sitting at the intersection of product, sales and retail execution, you'll partner with global product teams, influence go‐to‐market strategy and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across premium appliance categories.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging national training and sales enablement programs
* Lead in-store training, product launches, roadshows and virtual sessions
* Translate technical product features into compelling sales messaging
* Partner with retail teams and major appliance retailers to drive performance
* Provide market insights to support ranging and go‐to‐market decisions
* Analyse sales and training performance to optimise results
* Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Training, Sales Enablement, Product Training or Category Management within appliances, consumer electronics or similar industries
* Experience working with sales staff across major appliance retailers
* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
* Confident presenter with the ability to engage retail and executive audiences
* Analytical, proactive and passionate about delivering impactful learning experiences
