System Administrator
Initial 6 months contract with a possible extension
Experience with Active Directory & Entra, M365, and Windows/Linux servers

About the role
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator to support and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure service delivery. This role involves hands‐on system administration, incident management, and providing clear technical guidance to users.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure across on‐prem and cloud environments
* Monitor system performance and ensure service levels are met
* Investigate and resolve incidents, including minor security issues
* Follow change control processes and document system changes
* Provide Level 2/3 support and act as a key liaison for IT infrastructure services
* Contribute to system improvements, testing, and implementation of modern technologies
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with Active Directory & Entra, M365, and Windows/Linux servers
* Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI) and hybrid environments
* Familiarity with Kubernetes/containers, hypervisors (Proxmox, Hyper‐V), and backup systems
* Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG)
* Solid understanding of ITIL practices (incident, change, and problem management)
Requirements
* Full Australian working rights
* National Police Check (issued within last 6 months)
* Willingness to travel within WA (short‐term)
