Job Title:
Network Engineer / DC Technician
Pay:
$40 p/hr + super
The role:
Responsible for effective delivery of technical support and installations. This will include break-fix tasks, hardware, network, cabling and rack deployments, site planning, problem escalation and managing installations in a Cloud Infrastructure datacenter. Prioritize ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues to enable continued delivery of technician activities in accordance with internal policies and service level agreements. Provide 24x7 site coverage for datacenter sites.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
2+ years as a network engineer / DC technician
Experience with break-fix tasks, hardware, network, cabling and rack deployments, site planning, problem escalation and managing installations in a Cloud Infrastructure datacenter.
