Myndshift Group have been engaged by our client partner, a respected mining contractor leading a new open cut Hard Rock operation in Cobar New South Wales.
Providing a clear pathway from Labour Hire to Permanent Employment!
About the Role
Myndshift Group is currently seeking experienced All Round Operators with strong hard rock open cut mining backgrounds to join the mine re‐start at Wonawinta near Cobar, NSW.
Successful candidates will commence within the road crew, supporting haul road construction, pit establishment and associated civil works during the ramp‐up phase, before transitioning into production mining roles as operations progress.
Equipment Experience
* D10 Dozers
* CAT 14M Graders
* Komatsu 740 Watercarts
* 30T Excavators with Tilt Bucket & Rock Breaker
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in hard rock mining environments
* Experience operating relevant equipment for your role
* Sound understanding of open‐pit production processes
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance requirements
* Ability to work collaboratively in a high‐performing team environment
* Ability to complete Pre‐employment Medical and National Police Check
