Role Description
Exciting opportunity for a junior Product Consultant and trainee Assistive Technology Specialist Role.
We are looking for someone keen to develop their skills and advance in the field of assistive technology to join our growing team servicing the SA and Victoria markets.
Industry experience will be favourably regarded but we are looking for someone keen to help people in the community with sincerity and a sense of urgency and a willingness to learn and gain a unique set of skills.

About the role:
Our new Product Consultant will work closely with an experienced consultant as well as OTs, PTs and other health professionals to ensure clients receive

This is a relatively autonomous role so you should be self motivated and well organised.
Key responsibilities
Provide expert advice on AT to clinicians, clients and their families and our dealers after extensive and ongoing training.
Conduct and coordinate product demonstrations and equipment trials and installations on location.
Support clients and distribution partners in achieving positive outcomes
Build and maintain strong partnerships with therapists, community stakeholders and our dealers
Skills and Experience
Community minded and passionate about helping change peoples' lives for the better
Effective time management skills
Technical/trade skills or experience will be an advantage
Actively participate in and complete all necessary and required training
Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and professional development.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display intermediate computer skills.
Proficiency in MS Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
An Australian driver's licence
A current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
Up-to-date vaccinations as required for healthcare settings including influenza
