Hourly Rate Range: $27.35 to $34.78 (plus Super plus NFP Salary Packaging)

What You'll Do
* Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and working to achieve them
* Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering and toileting and medication administration
* Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed
* Administration duties and mandatory reporting
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Higher [CHC33021,CHC33015,CHC43121,CHC43115]
* Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans
* Extensive experience working with challenging behaviours
* An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities
* Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity
* Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration
* Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
