Job Description
* Drive growth and expansion of electrophysiology division
* Identify new business opportunities in strategic product areas
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the development of strategic business initiatives
This role will be based in South East Queensland and will report to the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Launch Expert: Coordinate new product launches, develop understanding of hospital workflows and specificities, and build business relationships with hospital personnel
2. New technology Lead: Lead new product adoption within the ANZ EP team for internal and external sales activities, engage with internal stakeholders, and educate customers on the value proposition
3. Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with BD, Corporate accounts, Marketing, and Sales leadership to define and execute business strategies aimed at expanding market share in the electrophysiology space
4. Clinical Trial Execution: Work with local clinical teams to assess trial feasibility, lead and manage relationships with research teams, trial sites, and third-party vendors, and provide ongoing support
5. Clinical Expertise & Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, provide in-depth clinical knowledge and support for healthcare professionals, and offer guidance on best practices and treatment protocols
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Applied Sciences, Exercise Science, or Biomedical Engineering
* Proven background in healthcare or medical devices, with a focus on electrophysiology, sales, and business development
* Strong understanding of EP procedures and technologies, including pulsed field and RF ablation
* Demonstrated success in introducing and supporting new technologies in clinical environments
