We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join our dedicated team at Lavender Lodge School, a specialist SEND setting. This is more than a role-it's a mission to shape brighter futures for young people.
The successful candidate will provide specialist speech therapy as part of a wider clinical team across both school and residential settings. They will conduct detailed assessments, formulations, and interventions tailored to children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences, developmental trauma, and complex needs.
Key responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy sessions, actively contributing to EHCPs and educational planning, offering expert guidance to school staff and residential care teams, participating in regular case reviews, multi-agency collaboration, and reflective supervision.
We are looking for a HCPC-registered Speech Therapist with a proven track record in working with children and young people. Strong experience in ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other communication difficulties is essential. Excellent interpersonal and teamworking skills, with a proactive and confident approach to supporting colleagues, are also required.
