Maintenance Supervisor – Keep Our Rural Health Facility Safe and Running Smoothly.
Location: Queanbeyan. Employment Type: Permanent Full Time. Role: Maintenance Super (Tradesperson) Grade 2. Remuneration: $85,424.67 per annum. Hours per week: 38.
Responsibilities
Supervises and maintains buildings, grounds, plant and equipment to ensure well‐presented, safe and compliant facilities for the provision of quality patient, client and consumer care.

Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated knowledge of general operation, performance and preventative maintenance procedures for buildings, plant and equipment.
* Knowledge of and ability to apply current standards and guidelines in health care settings.
* Demonstrated leadership and people‐management skills, including the ability to assist trade staff and contractors as required.
* Well‐developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated time‐management and problem‐solving skills necessary to work with limited supervision to prioritise tasks and achieve deadlines.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common organisational goals.
* Capacity to use information and communications technology (ICT) skills such as Microsoft Office suite, work requisitions and databases.
* Evidence of a current unrestricted driver's licence and the ability to drive/travel as the role requires, including long distances and overnight stays.
* To be eligible for permanent employment, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
