Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming visitors and assisting with reception duties.
* Handling incoming calls, mail, and general correspondence.
* Filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining records.
* Assisting with purchasing and raising simple purchase orders.
* Coordinating travel bookings (flights, accommodation, car hire).
* Supporting warranty and sales administration processes.
* Helping the logistics team with documentation and data entry.
* Maintaining office and kitchen supplies.
* Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn from others.
