About the Role: As a Registered Nurse (RN/M1), you will deliver nursing services in a health service setting, progressing from novice to proficient practice through ongoing development and experience.
You will consolidate your skills while taking accountability for your own practice and delegating care appropriately.
As a Clinical Nurse (RN/M2C), you will provide nursing services built on your consolidated experience and/or further study, developing from competent to proficient practitioner.
You will take responsibility for your own practice standards and for mentoring less experienced staff, supporting their growth while leading by example.
This role remains primarily clinical in focus but may include assigned portfolio responsibilities aligned with your development plan and performance goals.
What We're Looking For: RN/M1 Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel RN/M2C Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
Experience in the use of computer packages e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel.
Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
Experience in the leadership and direction of student nurses, enrolled nurses, and less experienced registered nurses.
