About the Role

You will coordinate technically focused and research-driven projects, ensuring schedules, risks, and deliverables are well managed. This position involves hands-on scheduling, documentation, workshop coordination, and facilitation of planning and integration sessions. You'll work closely with both local teams and international stakeholders to support consistent project management practices.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate project planning sessions, integration workshops, and program control meetings. Build and maintain detailed project schedules, interpret task relationships, and adjust timelines as needed.

Analyse schedule data, resolve logic issues, and recommend corrective actions. Maintain program documentation including risk registers, action logs, cost tracking, and scope-change records. Lead detailed planning sessions independently with functional teams.

Support workshop preparation, execution, and follow-up, including reporting and documentation. Convert work breakdown structures into project management software and maintain accurate data. Assist with governance meetings and prepare program-level updates as required.

Promote standardised project management practices and mentor others in tools and processes. Represent customer and business requirements in project discussions. About

You Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager within complex, technical, or R&D; project environments. Solid understanding of scheduling techniques and project management tools.

Confident facilitating workshops and meetings, with the ability to adjust schedules in real time. Highly organised with strong analytical and documentation skills. Effective communicator who can work across teams and levels.

Able to work autonomously while contributing to broader program goals. Full working rights for Australia are essential. Why Apply?

This assignment offers a competitive hourly rate and the prospect to work on meaningful, high-impact projects while collaborating with both local and international leaders. If you enjoy structured project work, detailed coordination, and being central to program success, this is a great role to step into.
