Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
* Deliver employment law advice to support a large, complex payroll remediation programme
* Act as a support to the key legal partner to a dedicated remediation squad, resolving nuanced and sensitive employment matters
* Identify, assess and manage legal risk while enabling timely and practical remediation outcomes
* Provide clear, commercially pragmatic advice to senior stakeholders across Legal, HR and the business
* Support continuous improvement by contributing to legal frameworks, guidance and post‐matter reviews
* Coordinate effectively with internal legal colleagues and external advisers as required
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You'll need:
* Admitted legal practitioner with a current Australian practising certificate
* Strong post‐qualification experience in employment and industrial relations law
* Experience working within large, regulated organisations or complex programmes (e.g. remediation, transformation, compliance)
* Ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice while balancing risk, customer and business outcomes
