We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at JLT Public Sector (a company of Marsh). This role will be based in the Brisbane – Newstead office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the management of motor fleet claim files including claims assessment, investigation, and resolution.
* Liaising with clients, claimants, and service providers.
* Providing analysis of claims as required.
* Preparing necessary correspondence to advance/resolve claims.
* Regularly reviewing and updating claims information as required.
Qualifications
* Motor claims management experience will be viewed favourably.
* Advanced Excel and Word skills.
* Excellent communication skills, including oral and written.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills.
* Highly demonstrated team ethic, orientation and awareness.
* Ability to be a self‐starter and be self‐motivated.
* Ability to produce a high standard of work, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
