About the role:
Knauf Gypsum is seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join us as a Trade Store Customer Service Operator. This is a outstanding opportunity to join our brand new trade store located in Horsley Park, NSW with the role reporting to the Trade Store Manager.
This role involves working both in the office and in the warehouse.

Applicants must be reliable, adaptable, physically fit. and be always committed to safety.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with customers "face to face" & over telephone
Utilising computer system (SAP)
Operating forklift
Making up orders of plasterboard and associated products
Loading & unloading of trucks & customer vehicles.
Check accuracy of orders & paperwork to maintain due diligence.
Assist with stock take / inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage.
General warehouse duties & housekeeping.
Must have:
Current forklift license - or willing to obtain
Physically fit & comfortable with manual handling.
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Safety mindset and can-do attitude.
Ability to start early (Mon - Fri)
