Key Responsibilities

Governance Architecture: Maintain and evolve the Project Delivery governance frameworks, policies, and processes across Global Technology (GT), ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose. Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate the Specialist Review process to guarantee that every project receives the necessary visibility and engagement from all relevant GT domains prior to launch. Forum Management: Lead the administration of the Projects Governance Forum (PGF), ensuring high-quality inputs, seamless decision‑making processes, and accurate record‑keeping. Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary consultant for delivery teams regarding governance, helping them navigate compliance requirements without slowing down momentum. Stakeholder Liaison: proactively manage relationships between Business Units and GT stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and process adherence. PMO Agility: Provide flexible support for wider PMO activities, stepping in to drive initiatives that improve the overall health of the portfolio. What You Bring

To succeed as the PMO Governance Lead, you will be a seasoned practitioner capable of navigating complex commercial and technical landscapes. You bring a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with a deep, hands‑on background in managing Portfolios, Programs, and Projects (P3M) or leading high‑functioning PMO structures. You possess advanced business stewardship skills. You are a master of the details, from budgeting, strategic planning, and risk management to the oversight of business cases and benefits realization. You understand that governance is ultimately about protecting value. You hold a comprehensive command of project management practices and the full project lifecycle. You demonstrate exceptional conceptual and planning capabilities. You are an experienced Retail leader with an intuitive grasp of the specific business metrics and drivers that power our industry.
