Employee Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
* Coordinate the ER consultancy program of work, including meeting notes and project progress tracking.
* Identify ER trends and deliver regular presentations on ER analytics to support strategic initiatives.
* Assist the Employee Relations Compliance Team with coordination and administrative support in their handling of Employee Relations Compliance matters.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
They will also have a high level of organisational skill, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
