The Role:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a winning team to achieve sustainable sales growth through consistently delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience. You will exhibit and align yourself with Retailors' values; CARE, COACH, ENERGY, ACCOUNTABILITY and INNOVATE. Your day will be filled leading from the front, coaching on the run, ensuring operational excellence and creating a winning culture within your store and the Retailors' community.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing stock processes includingpreparing stock for sale, stocktake, audits, acceptance and transfers
* Operational compliance within back of house
* Inventory management and data accuracy
* Responsible for supporting customer escalations
* Provide technical support and training for new and existing processes, products or service
* Develop a strong business relationship with the outsource Samsung Service team to drive continuous improvement
* Completion of rosters
* Coaching and development of your team to support operational areas
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Experience within a Service, Stock Management or Operations role
* Unrelenting commitment and team alignment in delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience
* Experience in Winning the Day; through meeting and exceeding Sales and KPI goals
