Python Developer (Django) – Brisbane (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Python Developer with expertise in Django to join a fast‐growing Australian PropTech company focused on property, mortgage, and AI‐driven real estate solutions. The role involves backend development to support data‐intensive platforms.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
* Develop REST APIs and support AI chatbot functionality.
* Work across data‐heavy systems and property platforms.
* Support cloud‐based infrastructure and deployments.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
* Contribute to code reviews and system improvements.
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong Python and Django experience (essential).
* Proficiency with Django REST Framework (DRF).
* Understanding of SQL, ORM optimisation, and database design.
* Experience with cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
* Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD tools.
* Strong problem‐solving skills and clean coding practices.
Salary
Up to $120,000 Super.
