Someone who thinks fast, creates beautifully, and gets things out the door without overthinking every pixel.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Art Director, you'll sit at the heart of our creative team. You will be hands-on, bringing ideas to life across every touchpoint.
* Turn concepts into scroll-stopping campaigns across digital, social, email and in-store
* Create high-quality, on-brand assets (fast... and often)
* Bring our brand story to life through visual storytelling that connects
* Support video and content creation with strong art direction
* Keep everything looking sharp, consistent, and elevated
You'll work with a small creative crew of designers, videographers and freelancers, making sure work flows, deadlines are hit, and standards stay high.
About you
You're not just a designer - you're a doer.
* 6+ years' experience (ideally in retail, fashion or fast-paced environments)
* You're fast, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* You can move from big idea → execution → delivery without losing quality
* Strong in Adobe Creative Suite (and whatever new tools you love using)
* Confident giving direction and lifting the capability of others
* You care about UX and how design actually performs - not just how it looks
* You thrive in environments where priorities shift and pace is high
* You will be able to provide an up to date creative portfolio
