Ayan Infotech has an urgent and immediate requirement for an SAP ICT Project Coordinator for a long term (12 + months) contract in Parramatta, NSW.

**Primary purpose of the role**
Provides oversight and lead delivery and implementation of IDS change and communication strategies related to projects, programs and operational changes.
**Key accountabilities**
- Design, implement, and coordinate multifaceted change and communications activities, to support Departments' policy and operational priorities and to communicate critical messages relating to initiatives and service delivery.
- Deliver change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support, and business readiness to embed the required business change.
- Ensure key stakeholders, business sponsors, and project partners where necessary are actively engaged in planning, and their needs are incorporated in change, communication, and engagement strategies and plans.
- Contribute to analysis and review of change and communications tactics and strategies to determine outcomes of specific initiatives and inform future planning and activity.
- Create, monitor, and update information for the Department's Intranet pages to keep the IDS and other stakeholders up to date with developments and provide comprehensive information on the Department's operations and services.
- Research trends and issues to identify target audiences and identify strategies to underpin best practice strategies for change and communications development.
**Key challenges**
- Managing the delivery of a complex range of change and communications initiatives of varying size and complexity across a wide geographic area to ensure they are all delivered on time, on budget, and meet the needs of the Department and its clients.
- Understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders and the Department to create material and products which are accessible, creative, and practical while meeting regulatory and program requirements.
- Maintaining currency in knowledge and understanding of Department's programs, policies, and developments and keeping up-to-date with an extensive range of Government strategies and announcements to enable agile responses to change needs.
**Essential Skills**
- SAP Experience is essential
- Previous NSW Government experience will be highly regarded
