Bluestone is a well‐established, high‐yield tin producer with a strong resource base supporting a mine life in excess of ten years. The Renison mine is located on Tasmania's beautiful West Coast between the towns of Zeehan and Rosebery.

About the Role
As an experienced safety and training professional, you will be an integral part of the Health, Safety, Environment & People Team, providing support to the Underground Mining Department. You will coordinate the training functions and support Site and Department Safety Management Systems and initiatives. This position is offered on an 8‐days‐on / 6‐days‐off roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Work in alignment with Bluestone's values, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, integrity, teamwork and operational excellence.
* Facilitate and/or support incident investigations.
* Undertake risk‐management activities, including facilitating risk assessments.
* Complete safety assurance activities such as audits, safety interactions and inspections.
* Support emergency preparedness and injury‐management processes.
* Develop and deliver training material, coordinate training activities and manage training records.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have a strong focus on safety and attention to detail. Your ability to connect with people will be a key strength. You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in WHS (or higher) and have experience in the mining environment. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications are essential, and previous exposure to INX would be beneficial.
