As the Human Resource Services Officer, you will deliver high‑quality, confidential human resource and administrative support within the North Queensland Human Resources Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, support day‑to‑day HR operations, and ensure accurate, timely information is available to guide effective decision‑making.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative precision with people‑focused service. You’ll manage reports, maintain HR systems, provide policy advice, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide efficient, effective and confidential human resource services and administrative support.
- Liaise and negotiate on relevant HR issues on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare monthly statistics for reporting purposes to senior management.
- Provide current and accurate advice on relevant departmental processes and policies.
- Provide confidential administrative and executive support.
