With a growing customer base and a strong demand pipeline, they are seeking a CNC Technical Salesperson to drive new machinery sales, nurture existing relationships, and expand market share nationally.

Key Responsibilities
* Sell new CNC machinery solutions to customers across Australia
* Manage an existing warm portfolio of clients while generating new business opportunities
* Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions to understand equipment needs
* Prepare proposals, quotes, and solution packages
* Collaborate closely with technical and service teams to deliver accurate solutions
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and on-site demonstrations
* Maintain strong pipeline management and regular reporting to management
* Represent the brand professionally and build long-term customer relationships
About You
* Strong technical knowledge of CNC machinery (essential)
* Experience in capital equipment sales or technical sales within manufacturing
* Ability to speak confidently with operators, engineers, and business owners
* Self-motivated and capable of managing a national sales territory
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with wider technical teams
* Willingness to travel throughout Australia as required
