Overview of the Role

As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving stock, maintaining store displays, and processing online orders. Additionally, you will provide support to customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting products throughout their shopping journey.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain a high level of productivity while meeting deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet and serve customers with a smile, acknowledging their presence and showing appreciation for their business.
* Ensure store standards are met by adhering to company policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
* Assist customers by answering product-related queries, providing recommendations, and directing them to relevant products.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and stock areas.
* Process online orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
