We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join ARKANCE on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover) with potential to transition into a permanent position. This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
THE ROLE
As a
Project Coordinator
, you will be responsible for coordinating the resourcing of projects ensuring effective planning, administration and communication across internal teams and clients. This role is responsible for invoicing, maintaining accurate records, weekly and monthly reporting/forecasting to maximize consulting staff utilisation.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage project documentation and records across SharePoint and Salesforce/MC.
Support project initiation, kick-off activities, and resource coordination.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and prepare stakeholder updates.
Oversee accurate and timely billing events through the project lifecycle.
Facilitate client communication, milestone reviews, and delivery of final outputs.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Project Coordinator who can hit the ground running. You'll bring:
2-3 years experience ideally in a professional services/technology implementation environment
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO support.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Project).
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confidence in working with client and cross-functional teams.
Availability to commit to a 12-month contract.
