We're building AI-native email: a platform an agent operates end to end, from a one-line transactional send to a full lifecycle automation. You'd build the surface the AI actually runs, the MCP server, the tools, the generation and deliverability logic that has to work for real customers sending real mail. Not an AI feature bolted onto a SaaS. The product itself.
I want one obsessive engineer who:
* thinks product, not just ticket
* has an eye for detail that borders on irritating
* learns fast and isn't precious about being wrong
* builds with AI fluently and has the judgment to steer it
This is early and fast. You own real surface from week one, with no one above you catching your mistakes. The appeal, or the dealbreaker.
