MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Excavator Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Gruyere on an 8/6 roster (DS:NS), FIFO from Perth.
The Gruyere Gold Project is located within the Yamarna greenstone belt approximately 200km east of Laverton in Western Australia.
Key responsibilities:
* Daily supervision of on-site digger, loader, and excavator maintenance personnel including apprentices and subcontractorsto ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
* Plan, prioritise and execute unscheduled work resulting from breakdown or backlog as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
* Assist the planning team with resourcing and inventory requirements for short- and long-term plans.
* Liaison with OEMs & suppliers to ensure adequate support is provided to site & issues are resolved including warranty claims in a timely manner
* Ensure all work is completed as scheduled to MACA quality and safety standards.
* Ensure that monitoring tools such as KPIs and oil analysis are utilised to improve maintenance processes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, with demonstrable knowledge and experience working on loaders, graders, excavators, and diggers.
* Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification
* Statutory Declaration Training Supervisor Schedule 26.
* Current drivers' licence. (HR Desirable)
* Advanced understanding of drill and blast equipment
