Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join our technology team. In this role you will analyse, monitor, and maintain the organisation's computer systems, networks, and related infrastructure components.
Responsibilities
Administer Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Endpoint Device Management (Intune)
Package and deploy applications
Provide administration and localised support for the corporate network
Administer network environment (switches, storage, LANs/WANs, enterprise server hardware, firewalls, etc)
Support, update and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory and group policy
Administer the Citrix Cloud environment and master images
Administer the messaging and collaboration environment – M365 and Cisco Webex
Deploy and administer critical and security patch deployments for workstations and servers in line with IT security vulnerability assessments
Administer backup management solutions (Veeam and Azure Backup)
Manage virtual servers through VM Virtual Centre and Azure Portal
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders
Qualifications
You bring demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on monitoring, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, and a proficiency in network protocols and security best practices. You are a strong communicator with attention to detail and documentation.
Preferred Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
MECM and Intune, including application packaging and deployment
Experience with Windows Domain services – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous
Experience with monitoring and logging tools is desirable
Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are preferred
