Operational Improvement & Performance Focus
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Project Performance Manager to drive operational improvement initiatives across our Harvest and Prepack operations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is focused on identifying efficiencies, reducing operational costs, improving workflows and delivering measurable performance outcomes across production environments.
This is not a day-to-day operational management role. Instead, you will work collaboratively with operational leaders to analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and lead structured improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operational improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
* Analyse productivity, labour efficiency and workflow performance
* Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
* Develop and implement structured improvement projects
* Support continuous improvement across Harvest and Prepack operations
* Monitor performance trends and provide reporting and recommendations
* Work closely with operational leaders to improve coordination and efficiency
* Contribute to training, process consistency and performance standards
About You
You are an analytical and improvement-focused professional with strong project and operational performance experience.
* Experience in operational improvement, continuous improvement or project performance roles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
* Experience within production, manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG or similar environments
* Proven ability to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to influence outcomes and drive change collaboratively
