Responsibilities Lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
Recruit, train and develop staff, maintaining a high-performing team.
Oversee all aspects of restaurant management and profitability, meeting standards in sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
Create and sustain a culture of excellence within the store.
Qualifications Prior leadership experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to delegate tasks and handle guest complaints empathetically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of the hospitality industry.
Results-driven mindset and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
