CPAP Therapy Consultant - Victor Harbour Clinic
Provide administrative support to the commercial activity and/or to the customers/patients, like contract management, customer organizations' interfaces, payors' interfaces (States or Private Insurance).
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Receive and/or place predominantly routine calls.
* Maintain detailed & current knowledge of company's products/services.
* Liaise with sales & technical staff to keep them up-to-date with customer needs.
* Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs & complaints.
* Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
Differentiating Criteria
* Handle larger accounts, managing contracts & overseeing a broader range of administrative functions.
* Provide guidance to junior agents.
* College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or medical background preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in general office practice.
* Requirement to become Certified Polysomnographic Technician.
