The Role Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, coding, and supplier reconciliations Assist with weekly payment runs and month-end reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Support the Finance Manager with journal entries, accruals, and general ledger maintenance Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve queries Assist with other ad hoc accounting duties as required About You: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Assistant Accountant role (construction or project-based industries highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Intermediate Excel skills and experience with accounting software, Jobpac is highly desireable however MYOB, Xero, or similar is acceptable.
