Learning and Development Specialist
Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact learning experiences that build confidence, capability, and customer excellence. You will work closely with frontline and customer-facing teams to design and deliver onboarding and upskilling programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver interactive learning experiences using modern learning tools and platforms
* Develop and implement training strategies that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant content
* Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable insights to improve future initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A solid understanding of adult learning principles and how people learn best
* Top-tier communication and organisation skills
* Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or service-driven environment
* A team-first mindset with the ability to self-manage and adapt to change
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or equivalent qualification
