Job Description
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of home care services across our retirement villages in Sydney and the Central Coast.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, customer-focused home care services that support residents to live independently for longer.
* Establish and lead a multidisciplinary team to provide effective care services
* Ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, and person-centred home care services
* Manage resources and service quality across multiple sites
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and community partners
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Clinical Services teams
Key Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
* Minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in aged care or home care
* Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and the new Aged Care Act
* Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder, and team leadership skills
* Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets
* Current driver's licence and flexibility to travel regularly
