The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment with approved business case metrics, oversee the balanced scorecard and deliver insights and recommendations that drive measurable outcomes across the Myer Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience in supporting or developing corporate strategies, strategic roadmaps, or transformation programs, with exposure to executive-level reporting.
About This Role
* Support the Head of Strategy and Strategy Execution Manager in developing, executing and monitoring the corporate strategy roadmap.
* Assist in the design and delivery of a multi-year strategic planning cycle.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and embed a robust methodology for measuring and tracking the performance of key strategic initiatives.
* Liaise with business units to ensure timely and consistent reporting of Balanced Scorecard metrics.
