What you'll be doing
Owning the integrated maintenance and operations schedule across multiple sites.
Coordinating maintenance, project and operational activities to ensure resources are aligned.
Managing and improving CMMS master data, asset hierarchies and maintenance structures.
Supporting planners and operational teams with scheduling priorities and system improvements.
Developing reporting and KPI dashboards that provide clear visibility of upcoming work.
Identifying scheduling conflicts, risks and opportunities before they impact operations.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across planning, scheduling and maintenance systems.
What we're looking for
* Strong background in maintenance planning and scheduling within industrial, energy, resources or heavy asset environments.
* Experience working with CMMS platforms such as MEX, SAP, Pronto, Maximo or similar.
* Solid understanding of asset master data, equipment hierarchies and maintenance strategies.
* Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and operational groups.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Someone who enjoys improving systems and building structure rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
Benefits
Good salary package on offer.
Brisbane based role with flexibility around working arrangements.
Exposure across three operational assets.
Low travel requirement (typically 4-12 site visits per year).
Opportunity to shape planning and master data processes from the ground up.
Why consider this role? This isn't a traditional planner position where you're simply managing weekly schedules. You'll play a key role in improving the way maintenance data, planning processes and operational activities are managed across the business. It's a position that suits someone who enjoys both the strategic side of planning and the technical side of CMMS and master data management.
