Position Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for all Ensign customers, focusing on achieving complete customer satisfaction and business retention.
This role involves maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base and ensuring the financial, operational and service performance of allocated accounts.
The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication, as the Account Manager will frequently visit customers to address their needs and expectations.
A solid understanding of the market and the capability to drive growth through account management are essential to success in this role.
Candidate Profile
You gain satisfaction from helping customers.
You can plan, organise, prioritise work to meet targets and strict deadlines, providing timely and accurate information to all stakeholders.
Experience includes customer relationship management or account management in a B2B environment.
Strong work ethic, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Show initiative and demonstrate good judgement.
Friendly and approachable with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Industry experience in laundry, food or manufacturing account management is an advantage.
Team player who can contribute toward the overall success of the team.
Full-time, Monday to Friday but requires occasional flexibility with hours.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary plus an additional $15,500 vehicle allowance and a supportive work environment that encourages career development and safety.
Important Conditions
The successful candidate may be required to undertake pre-employment medical and comply with the company's vaccination policy.
Candidates will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical Questionnaire.
You must have a current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle and be willing to undertake a National Level Police Clearance and DCSI working with vulnerable people clearance.
