At Trinity Petroleum Services, we supply fuel, lubricants and convenience services across North Queensland through a diverse and fast-moving network of businesses. We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance & Administration team in Cairns.

Your Day-to-Day
In this role, you'll help keep our accounts payable function running smoothly across the business by:
* Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and delivery dockets
* Managing payment runs and ensuring invoices are processed on time
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Monitoring invoice approvals and GL coding accuracy
* Maintaining supplier accounts and database integrity
* Assisting with monthly lubricant account reconciliations
* Handling supplier enquiries via phone and email
* Supporting reporting, filing and process improvements
* Working closely with the Finance & Administration team to meet deadlines
What You'll Bring to the Table

You'll bring:
* Previous Accounts Payable experience (2+ years preferred)
* Strong reconciliation and problem‐solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Professionalism and discretion with confidential information
