You will be a part of a national Member Services team, who take pride in delivering an exceptional member experience to our vast membership base. Service Specialists are our front-line service staff and need to be knowledgeable on process, procedures and business rules. They are responsible for servicing our members through a variety of different channels, including inbound and outbound phone calls, letters, emails.
