IT Architect Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to play a pivotal role in transforming IT strategies into operational solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing digital capabilities.
About the Role
* Design and implement contemporary ICT infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements, and align with architecture roadmaps and strategic objectives.
* Develop and maintain detailed IT Operations technical roadmaps for infrastructure projects, based on the broader architectural road maps and patterns.
* Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of infrastructure architectures by adhering to Cyber Security policies and frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong focus on cloud technologies and solution architecture.
* Strong practical experience in technical design, operations and delivering infrastructure solutions in a broad range of platforms and technologies.
* Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, and automation technologies.
* Strong Cyber Security skill set.
* Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Federal Government and Cyber Security Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working within the Federal Government IT space, particularly with delivering solutions that support Cyber Security frameworks and guidelines.
