Job Summary / Introduction
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Proactive Service Team Lead will guide and support the Proactive Services Team in providing cleaning, trolley collection, and waste-management services for the
North Rockhampton, QLD
store.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 30 members to ensure consistent delivery of trolley availability, safety, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management.
Create effective work schedules/rosters and ensure punctuality.
Manage procurement of necessary supplies while staying within budget.
Evaluate team members using key metrics and provide constructive feedback.
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including department managers, customers, and community members.
Candidate Profile
Experience in leadership/management.
Keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
Confidence to engage and form partnerships with Department Managers and Store Leadership Team to synchronize schedules and deadlines.
Organizational skills to ensure the team has necessary equipment and consumables.
Comfortable working within a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct, etc.).
Experience in a leadership capacity or aspects of leadership (desirable).
