About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is passionate about ensuring the highest standards of maintenance.
The role involves managing operational requirements to maintain plant and equipment, while focusing on safety and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance programmes.
* Implement fault-finding and repairs to electrical and pneumatic systems.
* Assist Mechanical staff with repairs to Diesel and 12V equipment.
* Develop solutions to ensure timely response to equipment failures and breakdowns.
* Perform electrical (including PLC diagnostic) and repairs.
* Work with the maintenance manager to identify plant improvements and future capital projects.
* Provide support during shipping and harvest periods.
* Travel within the region assisting other teams as required.
